In this group program, I dive in with a group of beautiful women who desire to go on a journey of self love and discovery. As each woman begins her own journey, everyone is brought together for community. A new family of constellations will form through trust, vulnerability, and growth. I am here to help, guide, and empower the group in their adventure of self obsession.  If you are looking for someone who will not co-sign your self-negative habits, call you out in areas that may not be serving you, and ultimately empowering you with love and light while building a loving community than I'm your girl.  

I will be the one to see you for who you are and all the potential of who you can be. I will be the one to listen to your words, actions, and body language to understand you. I will be the one to hold a safe space for you to explore your depths, to become messy, to feel all the feelings, as you discover who you want to become. I will be the one to empower you, along with a brilliant group of women. The goal of this program is by the end of it, you have embodied your brilliant power and will no longer need me because you have discovered you have everything you already needed/will ever need inside you and have gained a new community. I will, of course, be here if needed.
