MOVE!!! It's time to move your body. Too many of us sit down for the majority of the day. Our blood becomes stagnant along with our thoughts and energy. We barely move in this society anymore. It's time to move our bodies. Our bodies were met for movement. Studies have shown how movement has helped our mental state along with our creative state.
Movement is not hard to incorporate in your life. There are so many ways to move your body. There is dance, sports, exercise, walking, playing with your kids, sex, yoga, and many more. You can pick anything that feels good to your body as long as it gets your body moving. The movement will release stagnancy and built up energy plaque. It will help you get in the flow again. Movement is soooo good for us, and our bodies crave it! Find a way to add movement into the routine of your everyday life.
