Affirmations
Affirmations are simply emotional support and encouragement for yourself. Affirmations are daily reminders affirming how amazing, powerful, and indestructible you are. These words and phrases are met to lift you up in mood and vibration. They help place you in your higher thinking self...to switch from a victim mindset to a champion mindset.
Affirmations can be made several different ways. Ultimately, they only work if you find significance in them. There are multiple ways to find affirmations: you can write them, you can find people who created them, or even use your favorite song lyrics! The possibilities are limitless. However you choose to consume affirmations is up to you as long as the affirmations are meaningful to you. Below are three different examples on how affirmations can be used.
