Water is life. It is the number one element to keeping you alive. Physically and spiritually. The human body is made up of 70% of water. Your body will begin to shut down if there is not enough water. Water is the foundation of the human system. 

Water, when flowing, provides life to all things. Water, when stagnant, is poisonous. If respected, it will respect you. Which path will you take? 

Water needs to be staple in your everyday life. One: drink enough water a day to stay hydrated. This will help lead to your physical and mental state being healthy and allowing you to live your best life. Two: spend time in water. Water is our feminine energy. It flows, lives, and just be. It doesn't justify being here, it doesn't work, it doesn't compare - It just is. Spending time in water will connect you back to your divine feminine. It's in all of us. It's an energy. Standing in the rain is an amazing way to connect with nature and water while cleansing your energy. 

Drink plenty of water and spend a good amount of time in natural water when you can.
