Sustenance

Sustenance is nourishment for your body in the form of food and drink. What you put in your body for sustenance is very important to your health, physically and mentally. 

I use to be one of those people that didn't believe GMO, antibiotics, and pesticides hurt people, and I learned that I was incredibly wrong. I've been on this journey of learning how to feed my body properly with integrity. I highly recommend eating organic in all of your meals. I understand how expensive this can be, and I recommend eating organic where you can especially with fruits and vegetables. I also recommend buying all meat without antibiotics. 

My body has drastically changed from implementing this into my eating journey, plus giving up coffee (personal choice). My digestive issues felt like they disappeared overnight. I have more energy, and I feel a million times better. I started off with small steps. I first gave up coffee and switched to spiced tea. After a few weeks, I went to organic vegetables and fruits. I started incorporating more teas into my diet, specially ginger. The last decision I recently made was to switch to meat that has no antibiotics, humanely grown. I'm still on this journey as I continue to research. 

How you choose to eat responsibly is up to you, however, eating organically will help you physically and mentally reach the dreams you so desire to reach.
