Hiatus

Hiatus is a pause or gap in a process. No matter how fabulous you are, you reside in a human body. The human body is a system and that system needs pauses. It needs to heal, to process, to anchor, to gain control, to eliminate. Your physical body needs pauses every once in awhile. 

Everybody will be different in how often they take pause and how long. These pauses will also look different in each person. These pauses can be small such as a coffee break, a small walk, or reading a chapter of a book. They can be medium pauses such as going for a swim, working out at the gym, or taking a nap. They can also be quite long such as a vacation. The type of pause you pick depends on the type of work you are doing. Decide which pauses work for you in each category: small, medium, and long. Implement them as often as you need and for as long as you need.
